Topics covered range from Angels to crystals and even foods. We look at a vast array of different elements all associated with each Chakra and how to incorporate the Chakra system into your everyday life. We then also take a personal exploration of the deficiencies, excesses and physical manifestations of each of the Chakras on a profoundly personal level. This is a great way to learn to live a balanced and grounded life!
