Writing as a tool for healing has been used for years. It is one of the most cathartic and effective ways for us to release that which blocks us and/or holds us back.
It is also a lovely way for those that struggle to express themselves verbally, to sit quietly in their own time and space, assemble their thoughts and then put pen to paper and start expressing themselves with the written word.
In this course you will receive a set of notes containing all the tips and techniques covered in the journey as well as an A4 book to use as a starter journal.
